Testiranje na koronavirus

Klinika za infektivne bolesti „Dr. Fran Mihaljević“ pruža uslugu testiranja na SARS-CoV-2 na osobni zahtjev, uz plaćanje, ukoliko nemate uputnicu.

Testiranje se provodi iz uzorka obriska nazofarinksa koristeći jednu od sljedećih metoda (ovisno o osobnom odabiru korisnika):

  • brzi antigenski test (BAT)
  • RT-PCR metoda molekularne dijagnostike, pri čemu se detektiraju dvije ciljane sekvence virusa.

 

Cijena usluge testiranja na koronavirus za:

  • brzi antigenski test iznosi 150,00 HRK
  • RT-PCR test iznosi 501,49 HRK

 

Postupak plaćanja

Način plaćanja možete odabrati nakon odabira termina testiranja i vrste testa.

Moguće su dvije vrste plaćanja:

  • avansno plaćanje Internet bankarstvom ili uplatnicom
  • karticom ili gotovinom na dan testiranja, na samoj lokaciji.

 

U slučaju avansnog plaćanja, sustav će nakon upisa osobnih podataka automatski generirati uplatnicu s potrebnim bankovnim podacima i barkodom (samo za uplate iz Hrvatske).


U slučaju da se uplatnica nije automatski ispisala, kao i za plaćanja iz inozemstva, podaci za uplatu su sljedeći:

Prilikom izrade inozemnog naloga za plaćanje, u OPISU PLAĆANJA potrebno je evidentirati podatke o pozivu na broj, prezime i ime korisnika, test na COVID, osobni identifikacijski broj (broj putovnice). Postoji mogućnost izdavanja R-1 računa uz prethodnu najavu.

 

Na testiranje je potrebno ponijeti:

– identifikacijsku ispravu (osobna iskaznica, putovnica ili vozačka dozvola)

– isprintanu potvrdu o izvršenoj uplati (u slučaju avansnog plaćanja). Ukoliko niste u mogućnosti isprintati potvrdu o plaćanju, molimo da istu proslijedite na e-mail: covid.test@bfm.hr

– potvrdu o rezervaciji termina testiranja (dovoljno je pokazati potvrdu na mobitelu).

 

Postupak uzorkovanja

Testiranje se provodi u Koordinaciji za prijamno-trijažnu djelatnost Klinike za infektivne bolesti „Dr. Fran Mihaljević“, Mirogojska 8 (odmah nakon ulazne rampe). Klinika nema mogućnost drive-in testiranja, pa molimo da automobile parkirate izvan kruga Klinike.

Tijekom boravka u Klinici potrebno je nositi zaštitnu masku.

Po dolasku na testiranje potrebno je javiti se administratoru na blagajni (bijeli kontejner broj 5), koji će izvršiti administrativni upis i uputiti Vas na uzorkovanje uzimanjem obriska nazofarinksa.

Uzimanje uzoraka provodi se u bijelom kontejneru br. 6.

 

Radno vrijeme

Testiranje na koronavirus brzim antigenskim testom (BAT) obavlja se:

– radnim danom od 8.00 – 11.00 sati

– subotom od 8.00-10.00 sati

– nedjeljom i blagdanom se ne obavlja BAT testiranje.

 

Testiranje na koronavirus metodom RT-PCR obavlja se:

– radnim danom od 11.00 do 17.00 sati

– subotom od 10.00-14.00 sati

– nedjeljom od 08.00-14.00 sati

– blagdanom od 08.00-14.00 sati

 

Molimo korisnike da se pridržavaju rasporeda vremena predviđenog za odabrano testiranje.

 

Izdavanje nalaza

Nalaz testa vrijedi kao potvrda za putovanja i prelazak granice, odnosno za izdavanje EU COVID potvrde.

Nalaz brzog antigenskog testa (BAT) je dvojezičan (na engleskom i hrvatskom) dok se za RT-PCR nalaz treba odabrati jedan od ponuđenih jezika (hrvatski ili engleski), bez dodatne naplate. Odabir jezika nalaza RT-PCR testa moguć je isključivo u online kalendaru za naručivanje.

 

Nakon obavljenog testiranja, nalaz ćete dobiti prema odabiru u online obrascu za naručivanje:

  • ukoliko je odabir bio “e-mail”: primit ćete elektroničku poštu, a u privitku e-maila će biti nalaz testiranja (nalaz PCR testa ćete dobiti s e-mail adrese: dijagnostika.covid19@bfm.hr, a nalaz BAT-a ćete dobiti s e-mail adrese antigen.covid@bfm.hr )

 

  • ukoliko je odabir bio “osobno preuzimanje u Klinici”: nalaz možete preuzeti u Klinici, kod administratora na blagajni (bijeli kontejner br. 5) radnim danom od 8.00 – 17.00 sati te subotom i nedjeljom od 8.00-14.00 sati.

 

Vrijeme čekanja na nalaz (od uzimanja obriska do izdavanja nalaza)

  • za RT-PCR test je unutar 24 sata, a iznimno, zbog obima posla, do maksimalno 48 sati
  • za brzi antigenski test je unutar 4 sata.

 

Napomena: Svaki pozitivan rezultat brzog antigenskog testa potrebno je potvrditi PCR testom.

SARS-CoV-2 testing

 

The University Hospital for Infectious Diseases “Dr. Fran Mihaljević” provides SARS-CoV-2 testing on personal request, with payment.

The testing of the nasopharyngeal swab sample is performed by one of the following methods:

-rapid antigen test (RAT)

-molecular diagnostic method (RT-PCR) for detection of two target virus sequences.

 

Testing price is:

  • rapid antigen test 150,00 HRK
  • RT-PCR test 501,49 HRK

 

Payment procedure

Type of payment can be selected after date/time and type of test is selected.

There are two payment options:

  • advance payment via Internet banking or payment slip
  • on site payment by cash or credit card

 

In case of payment in advance, after entering personal data, the system shall automatically generate payment slip with bank account details and barcode (only for local payments from Croatia).


For international payments, bank account details are as follows:

For international payments, in the DESCRIPTION OF PAYMENT please state the following: call number, name and surname, COVID test, personal identification number (or passport number).

R-1 invoice (or invoice addressed to a company) can be issued at the cash register, with prior notice.

 

On the day of testing, please bring the following:

– identification document (identity card, passport or driver’s license).

– payment confirmation printout (in case of bank payment in advance). If you cannot bring a printout, please send payment confirmation to e-mail address: covid.test@bfm.hr

– appointment confirmation (print out or show it on your mobile phone).

 

Sampling procedure

Sampling is carried out at the Admission Triage Unit of the University Hospital for Infectious Diseases “Dr. Fran Mihaljević”, Mirogojska 8 (immediately after the entrance ramp). The Hospital has no possibility for drive-in testing, so please make sure to park your car outside Hospital premises.

Please wear a protective face mask during your stay at the Hospital.

Upon arrival for testing, contact hospital administrator at the cash register (white container no. 5), who will sign you in and provide further directions. Nasopharyngeal swab samples are collected in the white container no. 6.

 

Working hours

Coronavirus testing using Rapid Antigen test (RAT) is performed:

– Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 11.00 hours

– on Saturdays from 8.00 to 10.00 hours

– on Sundays and national holidays, BAT test is not performed.

 

Coronavirus testing using RT-PCR method is performed:

– Monday to Friday from 11.00 to 17.00 hours

– on Saturdays from 10.00 to 14.00 hours

– on Sundays from 08.00 to 14.00 hours

– on national holidays 08.00-14.00 hours

 

Please adhere to the time schedule provided for the selected testing.

 

Test results

Test result is valid as a certificate for travel and border crossing, i.e. for the issuance of an EU COVID certificate.

Rapid Antigen Test result is provided as a bilingual parallel text (in English and Croatian) while for RT-PCR, one language has to be selected (either Croatian or English), with no extra charge. The language of the RT-PCR test can be selected only in the calendar online form.

 

After testing is completed, the test result will be sent according to your selection:

– if you selected “e-mail” – your test results will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in the online form (you will receive PCR test result from e-mail address: dijagnostika.covid19@bfm.hr, and RAT result from e-mail address antigen.covid@bfm.hr )

– if you selected “collection at the Hospital in person” – you should come to the Hospital and collect test results in person from the administrator at the cash register (white container no. 5), every day Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 17.00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 08.00 to 14.00.

 

Average wait time for test results (from sampling to laboratory report)

  • for RT-PCR is within 24 hours, and exceptionally, due to increased workload, the results are ready in up to a maximum of 48 hours.
  • for RAT is within 4 hours.

 

Please note: Every positive Rapid Antigen Test result should be confirmed by PCR test.
